What is a ‘Skinny’ home?
‘Skinny’ homes are sometimes referred to as zero lot line homes because lots have very little room between side yards in order to save people money on land costs. ‘Skinny’ homes are just like regular homes but are built closer together. If you would like to see examples of what a ‘Skinny’ home looks like, ask us next time you visit a Graydon Hill Showhome. We’d be glad to show you!

Legal Representatives/ HOA Fees
I am a legal representative and need to confirm outstanding fees for an address in Graydon Hill.
The Graydon Hill Homeowners Association has NOT yet been established.
The only amount collected pursuant to the Homeowners Encumbrance registered against title is an initial amount of $250.00 per lot which is being held in trust by the developer until the Homeowners Association BECOMES established and turnover is complete.
If the lot in question was paid out to the developer by the initial builder on that lot, then there are no outstanding HOA payments owing on the lot.
This website is current and information stating the details of the HOA will be posted once the Homeowners Association has been established.
