Skinny Front Drive
Rear Drive (laned homes)
‘Skinny’ homes are sometimes referred to as zero lot line homes because lots have very little room between side yards to save people money on land costs. ‘Skinny’ homes are just like regular homes but are built closer together. If you would like to see examples of what a ‘Skinny’ home looks like, ask us next time you visit a Graydon Hill Showhome. We’d be glad to show you!
Please visit livemlc.com for public lot availability.

On higher density streets, available street parking may exceed open spaces. This problem is not unique to Graydon Hill. The City of Edmonton has specific Bylaws in place for all neighbourhoods in the City.
All residents are responsible for understanding Parking, Trailer, and RV Storage Information Bylaws. People sometimes are quite simply not aware that it is a bylaw infraction to park any car for longer than 72 hours or an RV in off-season months. An explanatory note on someone’s dashboard is a friendly way to inform your neighbours. If the problem persists, report the infraction to 311.
First, carefully read the HOA page.
