Community Master Plan
Graydon Hill is a small community flanked by natural areas on two sides. To the west, the Jagare Ridge Golf Course and Rosehill Lands provide above-average swaths of greenery. To the east, is tree-lined boundary is shared with government lands.
The entire length of Graydon Hill is only 1 kilometre and takes about 15 minutes on foot, using the shared use path.
Where is the new Park and Ride on the map?
The new Park and Ride is located just above where the North arrow is positioned on the Community Master Plan.
Phases 3 + 4
Phases 3 + 4, the most recent and final stages, are to the south. The eastern edge borders a tree-lined government property.
Phases 2 shares its western property line with a massive open area that belongs to the Rosehill Church. To the north are lots backing on to the constructed wetland. To the south, a walkway links Graydon Hill residents to friends and neighbours in the nearby Paisley community.
